DermaSweep Procedure
During the DermaSweep treatment session, the vacuum device is moved gently across the skin of the targeted area to lift the surface layers in a clean and controlled manner.  The suction from the vacuum also stimulates blood flow beneath the skin and cleans out the pores for a smoother and fuller complexion with increased collagen production. 

This treatment may also include Epi-Infusion technology, which combines exfoliation with topical treatments for the patient’s unique skin needs to maximize results.  Topical solutions used in this procedure may include salicylic acid for acne, hyaluronic acid for dehydration and hydroquinone for hyperpigmentation, among others.

Each treatment session takes about 30 minutes to perform and is painless for most patients with no need for anesthesia.  There are no messy and painful crystals used so patients can easily achieve their desired results.

Results and Recovery
After the DermaSweep procedure, patients may experience a pinkish glow that lasts for about 30 minutes, as well as some tightening or tingling, but often enjoy an immediate refreshed feeling.  You will be able to return to work right after treatment, but may be asked to refrain from wearing makeup for the rest of the day, although many patients feel that makeup is unnecessary anyway because of their revitalized complexion.  The results of this procedure are visible right away and will continue to improve with ongoing treatments.
